Our Story
दान पावलो फाउंडेशन ही एक सामाजिक, स्वयंसेवी आणि निःस्वार्थ भावनेतून उभी राहिलेली संस्था आहे. मानवी जीवनानंतरही जीवन देण्याची संकल्पना समाजात रुजवणे, हीच आमची प्रेरणा आणि आमचा संकल्प आहे. आजही देहदान, अवयवदान आणि नेत्रदान याबाबत समाजात अनेक गैरसमज, भीती, अंधश्रद्धा आणि अपूर्ण माहिती आहे. याच अडथळ्यांना दूर करण्यासाठी दान पावलो फाउंडेशन लोककला, भारुड, नाट्य, संवाद, प्रत्यक्ष भेटी आणि भावनिक सादरीकरणाच्या माध्यमातून जनजागृतीचे कार्य करत आहे.
आमचे कार्य
'दान पावलो' या उपक्रमाच्या माध्यमातून आम्ही शाळा, महाविद्यालये, मंदिर, वृद्धाश्रम, योग वर्ग, सामाजिक संस्था, कारागृह, तसेच ग्रामीण व शहरी भागात जाऊन देहदान, अवयवदान व नेत्रदानाबाबत सकारात्मक विचार पोहोचवत आहोत.

- शेकडो लोकांनी दानाची शपथ घेतली
- प्रत्यक्ष देहदान, नेत्रदान आणि अवयवदान घडून आले

Dan Pawla Foundation is a social, voluntary, and selfless organization established with noble intentions. To instill the concept of giving life even after human life ends—this is our inspiration and our commitment.
Even today, there are many misconceptions, fears, superstitions, and incomplete information in society regarding organ donation, body donation, and eye donation. To overcome these barriers, Dan Pawla Foundation carries out awareness campaigns through folk arts, folk music, theater, dialogue, direct visits, and emotional presentations.
Our Work:
Through the 'Dan Pawla' initiative, we visit schools, colleges, temples, old age homes, yoga centers, social organizations, prisons, as well as rural and urban communities to spread positive awareness about body donation, organ donation, and eye donation.
Achievements So Far:
- Reached thousands of citizens with awareness messages
- Hundreds of people have taken the pledge to donate
- Direct body donations, eye donations, and organ donations have been realized
Our Belief:
The body that perishes after death can become the beginning of a new life for others—this is what we tell society. Donation is not merely an action; it is the highest expression of humanity.

CEO
Arun is a retired businessman whose professional journey reflects decades of dedication, integrity, and entrepreneurial insight. After successfully leading his business career, he chose to devote his time and energy to meaningful social activities that uplift and strengthen the community. Known for his calm leadership and practical wisdom, Arun actively participates in various social initiatives, including community welfare programs, cultural events, and support activities for underprivileged groups. His commitment to service has made him a respected and trusted presence in every project he undertakes. Even in retirement, Arun continues to inspire others through his hands‑on involvement, compassionate approach, and unwavering belief in contributing positively to society.
Anagha Arun Wekhande
Founder & Director
Anagha is the Founder and Director, where she leads strategic planning, community outreach, and program development. With a strong background in cultural and social activities, she has dedicated her life to empowering communities and fostering inclusive growth. Before establishing the organization, Anagha served as a Municipal Corporation Headmaster, bringing decades of experience in education, leadership, and public service. Her work continues to bridge social development, cultural engagement, and community upliftment, creating meaningful and sustainable impact.
Aboli Chinmay Kulkarni
Director
Aboli is an accomplished educator and community leader with a strong background in French studies. As a French Lecturer, she has inspired students through engaging teaching methods and meaningful cultural exposure to the Francophone world. Deeply involved in cultural activities, Aboli has organized workshops, events, and outreach programs that promote creativity, diversity, and community participation. Her commitment to social welfare extends beyond academics, reflected in her active role in initiatives supporting education, women’s empowerment, and community development.
